Qualifying for the 2017 FIVB World Championships via the Asian Continental Cup process, the pair will be competing in their third-straight worlds after placing 37th at the past two events in Poland and The Netherlands. The Radarong/Udomchavee partnership is one of the most experienced teams from the Asian confederation on the FIVB World Tour as the pair has been playing together since 2007 with career best finishes of fifths. Radarong and Udomchavee posted a third at a 2014 FIVB challenger/satellite event at Pattaya, Thailand. The Thai team has won eight medals the past five seasons on the Asian tour with second-place finishes at the continental championships in 2013 and 2014.
