Lausanne, Switzerland, August 26, 2017 – The FIVB Beach Volleyball World Tour moves into the next beach volleyball season with the Montpellier 1-Star men's-only event which will be take place at the Theatre Helios, Odysseum from September 7 to 9.

Top calibre players and local beach volleyball stars headed by Youssef Krou and Quincy Aye are set to descend on the city in the south of France to earn the first World Tour title of the new season and the ranking points to go with it.
The event will start with a single elimination qualification round on September 7 followed by the Round of 16 on September 8, and the semifinals and finals on September 9.
The Montpellier 1-Star is the culmination of the 13th edition of the Montpellier Beach Masters which has set the stage for a big beach volleyball party in the city from September 2 to 9. The event organisers have also planned a number of activities to promote the protection of the environment and a healthy lifestyle.
