Regarding the issuing process of invitation letter, the participants need to provide the following: 

 

1. Scanned passport of each person which should be valid for at least 6 hours from the date the owner leaves China.

2. Detailed information form with name, gender, function, date of birth, passport number, date of issue and date of expiry.

Please send the scan copies and tentative visiting duration (perhaps 2 tournaments in success) of all applicants to:

It will take no more than 7 work days for the organizer to issue the Invitation Letter and send back to the applicants.
