COVID-19 PCR / POC ANTIGEN : TESTING HOURS (@Clarion Congress Hotel)

  • All the PCR / POC Antigen test to be conducted at the official Bubble Hotel, Clarion Congress Hotel starting from Saturday 29th May with the below operation hours;
    • Saturday 29th May :               14:00 – 22:00
    • Sunday 30th May :               08:00 – 22:00
    • Monday 31st May :               08:00 – 22:00
    • Tuesday 1st June onwards :  08:00 – 16:00
  • All the collected PCR test samples will be transported and analyzed at the designated local laboratory within Ostrava
  • The duration of the analysis can vary depends on the collection and submission timing of the samples to the designated local laboratory (result expected within max 24 hours)
  • For the participants traveling to Ostrava with the Chartered Flights from Sochi, the sample will be collected upon arrival to the Main Bubble Hotel

VISA Requirement

  • Please check if your will be required to process the VISA application and submit the online form (LINK : VISA & Invitation Letter Application Form), latest before Thursday 13th May, 2021.

 

Invitation Letter required for Non-EU Citizen

  • To enter the Czech Republic, you will be required to apply for an invitation letter with your information (general information & travel information), please submit the online Invitation Letter request Form (LINK : VISA & Invitation Letter Application Form), latest before Thursday 13th May, 2021.
  • The Invitation letter will be arranged Czech Volleyball Federation (CVF), and you will receive the letter from the National Sport Agency of Czech Republic.

 

 

Local Transportation & Accommodation

  • All participants will be accommodated in Clarion Hotel Ostrava (link: https://www.clarioncongresshotelostrava.com/en/)
  • To book your accommodation in the bubble hotel (All participating teams, teams officials, service providers, and early arrival teams, etc.), please submit your online form (LINK : Local Transportation & Hotel Reservation), no later than 19th May 2021.
