•       2 warm-up courts on the beach (with 2.5 meters free zone due to space constraint), with lights

•       3 training courts, separately located away from beach (with 3 meters free zone due to space constraint)

•       3 gym location (2 outdoors and 1 indoor)

•       Outdoor space for relaxation, including Beach Club, swimming pools, beach, etc.

•       Restaurants
